Yearsley Group Acquire Innovate Frozen

Yearsley Group has acquired the business of Innovate Frozen from its Administrators.

Managing Director Harry Yearsley stated, "This acquisition significantly strengthens Yearsley Group's share of the UK cold storage and distribution market. Adding the business and the strategically located sites increases our client base and doubles our storage capability to over 330,000 pallets nationwide."

Yearsley Group will continue to run the Innovate sites at Bristol, Newark, Chesterfield and Scunthorpe.

Harry Yearsley concluded, "This acquisition should give reassurance to both existing Yearsley and Innovate Frozen clients that the Yearsley Group has the experience and financial security to support all current business. The long term aim will be to integrate the two businesses, seamlessly, over a managed period of time. We are committed to the future growth and long term development of the business."
